AKU FIKIR AKU SUDAH “FLUNK” PAPER AKu

I knew he didn’t like us, I just didn’t thought he hate us this much. I was well-equipped (or at least I thought so) and went into the room with sleepy eyes and the only thing in my mind is to end the paper as fast as possible (in canto, you might call it :fai tong hou gou cheong tong – lossely translated: ending the pain faster is better than prolonging it) and head home to sleep. Hate morning papers.

First glance at the question paper. Ok wert, can do. Smiles.

The time was 9.00am sharp. All of us got our pens ready and started to scribble. So far so good.

Hey… wait a minute.

Whats the formula for degree of operating leverage in words?

That was nothing. Tsk, tsk, just a small issue. Along came a BIG ONE.

What in the world is the question talking about?

My lecturer, hes a man with big words. One with strong language too. I have no idea what the question wanted.

*starts to dream*

All I can hope now is that the “invisible hand” does work in UTAR. To help us! Me! I am now seriously eager to check out the date for the supplementary paper. *groans*

AFRICAN nite

It was awesome!

The African students from Nottingham University dressed up in their traditional clothes, and so did us Malaysians. We got to praise the Lord, The AFRICAN way. Hahah. Its very different, and we have our worship leaders dancing around on stage.

We had a powerful speaker, Ps. Kurdip Singh (I think). Powerful because he speaks so LOUD and LAUGH like a hyena. =D Hes lots of fun, we all could not stop laughing throughout his preaching.

there's a place for us
somewhere a place for us
peace and quiet and open air
wait for us
somewhere

there's a time for us
some day a time for us
time together with time spare
time to learn, time to care
some day
somewhere

we'll find a new way of living
we'll find a way of forgiving
somewhere . . .

there's a place for us
a time and place for us
hold my hand and we're halfway there
hold my hand and i'll take you there
somehow
some day
somewhere

My official sleeping time:

1300 to 1700
(which could have been 1200 – 0630 but no thanks to that bad, irritating, try-hard-to-be-funny lecturer who did not help us with the scope of the finals)

Okay, so mainly its my own fault for not being hardworking earlier.

Still. Bleh.

My first meal of the day. Ramlee burger. Tasted pretty awful today, could be because of the butterflies in my stomach.

First paper for this finals. Macroeconomics II. Sucky, if you ask me. Spent whole two hours and a half trying to figure out what were the questions asking. Yes, practically analyzing the English used. I have a phobia for trick questions, no thanks to my younger years in earlier education. Anyways, the anxiety of taking this paper caused me not to have a proper digestion. Tsk tsk. The things I have to go through for an examination paper.

So, three more papers left to go. Don’t feel good about this examination at all. Somehow, the feeling of me sitting for supplementary paper haunts me. Am trying to keep a positive view about things, relaxing all I want, going for dips in the pool on a sunny day.

But wait…

I can’t.

Tons of work waiting for me! Maybe not tons, but it sure looks like it. The CF accounts are in a mess and the annual financial report is due end of May.

*groans*

That is like the 1st week of next semester. I am free then, but my officer is not. Trying to finish it amidst of my exams. Wished I can sound more about it, but… wouldn’t want to make it as an obligation. (Right, God?)

I want to be on holiday. Now.

Plastic surgery.

One word comes to mind. Risky.

Make it two. Expensive.

I think it is a psycho tv series.

Its odd going to church today. Perhaps due to the fact I have not been to KAOG for quite some time. Felt lost. Automatically, I became quiet compared to usual. The international students were doing backup and they sound so good by harmonizing and all. The guy on the 1st keyboard is just amazing. He do not have a song book, looked like he played by ear. What talent. I think mine would be showing tantrums.

Finals is here. Preparations? No where.
